Shipping

•   All orders will be shipped within 24 hours after the order is placed and payment is successfully completed. We use Australian Post standard tracked service and express tracked service at your cost.

•   Aus Post standard parcels are normally delivered within 3-5 business days. Express delivery parcels are normally delivered within 1-2 business days. For rural deliveries you should allow 1-2 extra business days.

•   Any delivery date given by us will be only an estimate of the time we will try to meet, and we will not be liable for any costs, loss, damages, charges, or other expenses caused by late delivery.

•   If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected time frame, please contact us immediately as it is much easier to find lost or missing parcels within a few days of sending them than several weeks later.
